We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

Q: Is my personal information secure? 

Squiddledee values its customers and their privacy.  Please be assured that your personal and financial information will be kept confidential and will not be intentionally released to any third parties. 

Q: When will my order be shipped? 

We will do our best to process and ship your order promptly. All orders are shipped UPS Ground.  If you need your item sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to ship it express delivery for an additional charge.  If an item is on back order, we will email you with an approximate shipping date. 

Q: What is your return policy? 

At Squiddledee, the customer is king (or queen).  We will gladly accept returns of new, unworn merchandise. If you are not pleased with your Squiddledee tie, just return it and let us know why. We strive for perfection, and your comments are very important to us.  If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!!

Q: How long are your ties?  
 
Our regular length ties are 58 inches long, and our long ties are 61 inches long.  We also have a limited number of extra long ties that are 63 inches in length.  Please contact us at info@squiddledee.com if you are interested in purchasing an extra long tie.
